At Draper, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
